    Greek WSDC 2011 team selected

    The tryouts for the 2011 Greek National Schools team took place at the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation (HAEF) in Athens. All 13 students from the development team took part in what was a very competitive day-long session. After a long discussion, the WSDC Committee decided that the 5 team members and the 3 alternates are the following:

    • Katerina Bodouroglou (Geitonas School)
    • Alex Evans (HAEF)
    • Nicholas Platias (HAEF)
    • Nicolas Sarris (St Catherine's British Embassy School)
    • Konstantinos Tarabanis (Anatolia College)

    Alternates

    • Amaryllis Bernitsa (HAEF)
    • Daphne Lambadarios (St Catherine's British Embassy School)
    • Amy Naughton Rumbo (St Lawrence College)

    The WSDC Committee would like to thank HAEF for providing the venue, as well as valuable logistical support to the Schools team throughout the year.
